| A Message from Our Governor:
I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. I would like to thank everyone who helped on the Halloween Haunted house. We got a lot of compliments on how nice it was. Without you guys it would not have happened.
I would like to invite every member to our Christmas Party,
December 19. The party is free to all 1380 and 1392 members, so come out and enjoy.
I would like to let everyone know that we have signed 80 members since May 1, 2009. Our quota is 109, please help us make that quota; let’s all sign at least 1 new member. I would ask each one of you to make sure to pay your dues, we need you as much or more than we new members.
I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and hope to see everyone at our New Years Eve Party.
May God be with each on of you.
Until next month.
“Bye Bye”

A Message from Our Senior Regent:
The Holiday Season is officially here now. Thanksgiving has come and gone and
Christmas is literally just around the corner. As I write this article the weather is
Beautiful, sun is shining and it’s warm enough for shorts- the rain is finally gone, at least for now, and I am not thinking snowy thoughts, well at least not until Christmas Eve.
We had our tribute to the Veterans on Saturday, November 14th. Wonderful food and
music. Thanks to Linda Leavell, Ola Wyatt, Mattie Rogers, Doreen Wallace, Dennis Rossi, Jenny Clatterbuck, Joyce Presley, Charlene Mertz, Bonnie Barefoot and Janet Rossi, and her grandson Jermey Beaver for the work they did before, during and after the tribute. We held a 50/50 raffle and Chuck Lee was the winner. The WOTM would like to thank everyone who attended and helped. If I missed anyone I apologize and want to say a great big thanks!

A few 2010 events:
The lodge will be sponsoring another Red Cross Blood drive, Saturday, January 9, 2010, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Please show your support for this much needed “gift of life.”
Saturday, February 13, 2010 WOTM Sweetheart Dance. More detail in the January news-letter.
March 2010, date to be determined, the Sadie Hawkins Dance.
At our WOTM meeting on Tuesday, December 1 we will be talking about a new way for us to make additional money. Please plan to come to this meeting to hear all the details – as we will need the help from all the WOTM members.
The WOTM Annual Christmas Meeting will be Tuesday, December 15th at 7:30. This is a pot luck meeting and we will be having a “Chinese” gift exchange. I don’t want to give too much of this away, as this is a fun little game, I will just say bring a wrapped gift no more than $10 and come out and have fun. This is a very fun and casual meeting. Be prepared to have a blast!!!!
Until next month.
